I
have a unique pool shape, guttering system, or deck, will
this be a problem?
The mounting system for AquaClimb is designed to accommodate
all pool shapes, decks and guttering systems. When you
order your AquaClimb, you will be asked to fill out our
gutter configuration form. Back

Can
the AquaClimb be moved or stored once it is installed?
Yes. The AquaClimb can be moved temporarily or permanently
from the water. A temporary move is easy and takes about
20 minutes, leaving only the base of the frame on the
pool deck and nothing in the water. Removing the base
requires several deck anchors to be unscrewed and takes
about 10 minutes longer to complete. Back

How much space does
the footprint of the AquaClimb require?
The model you choose will mandate the width the AquaClimb
requires. Each panel is exactly one square meter (approx
3’3”). The distance from the pools edge back
depends on the pool but is normally between two and three
feet. Back

How does
the base attach to the pool deck?
The installation of the AquaClimb requires a minimum 4"
thick concrete deck. Several holes are drilled into the
deck, where sleeve anchors are secured into the concrete.
The base assembly is then placed over the anchor sleeves
and then bolted into position. Since the anchors are flush
mounted, there are no obstructions when the base it removed.

What are
the AquaClimb materials made of?
The AquaClimb panels are made from high performance fiberglass,
which are finished with a gently textured non-slip surface,
specifically engineered for aquatic environments. The
panels incorporate real rock features, along with inset
and protruding handholds. Panels can be rotated and interchanged
to vary the difficulty, and handholds can be relocated
as you see fit. All of the AquaClimb framing and metallic
parts are stainless steel, and are fabricated from materials
designed for chlorinated environments. Back

Now that
I’ve purchased my AquaClimb, how long will it take
for delivery?
The average time between purchase and delivery is six
to eight weeks. Due to high demand during summer months,
we highly recommend pre ordering. Back

Is the AquaClimb
suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The AquaClimb is designed to withstand weather such
as high winds, UV rays, and salt water, making it suitable
for all environments. Back

What is
the installation process? Will I have to drain my pool?
The installation takes only a few hours to complete, and
because nothing attaches to the wall of the pool, no water
level adjustments are required. Back

Is there
